At the Rencontres de la photographie d’Arles 2025, the superb Croisière from the Alfred Latour Foundation and Actes Sud – Programme Arles Associés

To celebrate the memory of Alfred Latour, the Alfred Latour Foundation, in partnership with Actes Sud publishing house, has created a prize to be awarded in 2018 to an artist whose universe and modes of expression extend the exploratory fields in at least two of Latour’s disciplines: painting, drawing, photography, textile design and graphic design. The prize is awarded in the form of an original work published by Actes Sud.

The first three winners are

2019/2020 Augustin Rebetez for le Cœur entre les dents (Manifeste primitif)
2021/2022 Olivier Christinat for Pas un jour sans une nuit
2023/2024 Keight for Métadécouverte

For the first time, the prize-winners have been invited to extend their reflections in beautiful exhibitions, on show from 7 July to 5 October 2025.
